Engage In Routine Activity

When I was younger I am not conscious of my body shape. I can say that I have a perfect body figure when I was in high school and college. Many of my friends appreciate the beauty of my face and the figure of my body. But when I got married and got pregnant I started to gain weight. When I gave birth my body started to change. It becomes bigger and bigger. Sad to say that I gain many weight at the age of 35. My waistline reached 34 and I am not happy with it. I began to control my diet because my blood pressure reach to borderline. I am advice to exercise a lot and need to loss weight. I am overweight according to my doctor. It is not good to me so I need to follow his advice. Well, I think that’s the best thing to do. The more we pay attention to our health the more we realize that living in a healthy lifestyle is more important. We need to balance the foods we eat. Do some outdoor activities to reduce our weight such as walking, playing games, jogging, swimming and many more. Physical activity is needed to all of us not only for teen-agers but also to kids and elderly. Always remember to eat healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables, engage in routine activity and always balance your lifestyle.
