My daughter is always asked me what is the best age for menopause. She think that menopause is very near to her. Well, she is still 40 and I told that that 50 is mostly the age for menopause. It depends upon your body. Menopause is a natural part of aging. All women will experience menopause. It can be challenging and disorienting time for many women. According to the magazine that I read the best way you can take charge of your transition is by gathering accurate and complete information about symptoms, effects and treatments if needed. So, be sure to get accurate and reliable information from professionals or your family doctor can explain you about it.

Make Up Application

December 14th, 2010 by Sweetmom

First, you have to take a bath or wash your face thoroughly, removing any dirt and oil that may be trapped in your skin. Secondly, you have to use a toner to help the application of make up and to balance out skin. This works well if suffering from combination skin. Make sure any make up application brushes or pads are clean from any oil or dirt so as to not transfer them to your face. Once make up has been applied, do not adjust or smear by touching your face with your hands. This will only mess the make up and will transfer oils from your fingers to your face. Then mist face carefully after make up application to ensure that make up sets and lasts.

Sometimes we can not avoid from eating unhealthy foods such as chocolates, candy, chips and many others. At the party, we eat a lot of foods especially if we are with friends. We forget to control our diet, we talk a lot if we are with friends then grab foods and eat without thinking if the foods we eat is healthy or not. We only realized it after the celebration. Well, if this happens to you or to your family members, always encourage them or yourself to exercise. Just walk for a while to reduce the foods we eat. Do not sleep if your stomach is full.
