Hello to all my online friends! How are you today. I just want to say a little reminder that if you want to save money and water this year 2011 you need to follow the following: First you have to turn the water off while you are brushing your teeth then turn the tap on for rinsing. Be sure to clean the brush before keeping the toothbrush. Just use short water in cleaning your brush then off the water if you`re done. Wipe your mouth with clean towel and be happy.

I daughter received a text messages from my other daughter lynn from Philippines. She told us that they are very busy cleaning the school and preparing some teaching materials because they have a visitors coming from the region. As of now my sister is a permanent public teacher handling grade one pupils in the Philippines. Well, you know it’s not easy to handle such kind of students. You need more patient, effective strategies, excellent motivation and concentration in order for the kids to learn. Most students in grade one are five to six years old and mostly they are come from a poor family. By the help of lynlyn, may her students will become successful in the future.

Most of us suffered from cough and cold this cold season. Like me my cough and colds started last Tuesday and I’m so thankful that it was gone yesterday. I’m a little bit fine and happy. There are many ways on how to reduce discomfort if you suffered from cough and cold. The first thing to do is to drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration and to help clear the mucus. Get plenty of rest. Avoid too much of work and if you can file a leave at work. You need to stay at home especially if you have cough and colds with fever. Gargle with salt water to relieve the sore throat. If you have lozenges, hard candy or ice chips, it can help to soothe the sore throat. Avoid smoking if you have cough and colds. Don’t hesitate to take medicine if needed.

We have a nice bible sharing yesterday night. Our lesson is about how Jesus has changed our lives and the understanding of what has changed in us. Last previous lesson we discussed and shared about redemption, reconciliation and justification and last night was the continuation of the topic. It’s about God’s unconditional love to us. He forgives us for our sins and was crucified because of His great love to us. As a Christian we need to have faith in Him, believe and put Him in the center of our hearts. Going to church is not enough for us but we need to live in Him and let Him live in our hearts. When Jesus was crucified on the cross, our old self was crucified with Him in order for our old body of sin might be done away. It means that our old self was nailed to the cross, our sinful nature have passed away and the new things have come. Jesus has exchanged our old lives to new lives He has to offer. So, by our faith, believe and put Him in the center of our lives and live in Him with a victorious life.

Hello to all my friends. Good morning to all of you there. I hope you are in good health always. About me here, I’m fine and I would like to share these important few tips on how to apply your make up. First, you have to take a bath or wash your face thoroughly, removing any dirt and oil that may be trapped in your skin. Secondly, you have to use a toner to help the application of make up and to balance out skin. This works well if suffering from combination skin. Make sure any make up application brushes or pads are clean from any oil or dirt so as to not transfer them to your face. Once make up has been applied, do not adjust or smear by touching your face with your hands. This will only mess the make up and will transfer oils from your fingers to your face. Then mist face carefully after make up application to ensure that make up sets and lasts.

Hi! Good day to all the parents out there. I would like to share few tips on how to keep your children safe and enjoy this coming Halloween. First and for most, parents or responsible adult should always take young children on their neighborhood rounds. Make sure that your children wear costumes that are bright and reflective, short enough to prevent tripping. Just purchase flame resistant costumes, wigs and accessories. It is best advisable for the children not to wear masks. You can paint your face for safer alternative. Make sure that emergency identification is secured discreetly within your child’s Halloween costumes. Let the children carry flashlights with new batteries. Check always around your home for hazards. If possible avoid using candles in pumpkins and consider using battery powered lanterns. Make sure to sort and check treats to closely examine and throw away unwrapped, spoiled or suspicious items and treats that can cause choking are given only to children of appropriate age. I hope this tips can help the parents to keep their children safe and happy while enjoying the Halloween celebration.

Last night we went to our neighborhood for trick or treat together with my granddaughter Abby, my daughter, friend Elma with his son Peter. We went house to house and played the traditional trick and treat for Halloween. We brought basket for Abby and a bag for Peter. They were so happy to received the chocolates, biscuits, chips and many more.
By the way these pumpkin decorations belongs to my friend. They had a pumpkin contest at work and she won the contest. The first pumpkin in the picture belongs to her group.
