Eat Healthy Foods

The most common illnesses for children nowadays are the following: cough, colds, headache and fever. I remember when I was a kid I always had this kind of illnesses during cold season. I hate it if I have runny or stuffy nose, severe cough, sneezing, headache, body aches, fever and many more. In order to avoid those illnesses, try to drink more juice and water, wear warm clothes, do not stay long outside, stay away from sick person, eat healthy foods and be healthy.
